Orders will shipped between 2-7 workings days from purchase
Depending on where you live, it may vary on your location. Orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. We will then refund your complete order or send you a replacement whichever is the customers preference.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is no Refund for change of mind. Refunds will only be except for damage goods.
